We celebrated Thanksgiving a week early with my family. Saturday at my dad and Debbie's and then to my aunt's house on Sunday.

New coloring books kept A.J. and Grandma Deb busy!

Enjoying the batter from Grandma's red velvet cake!

The day before Thanksgiving we arrived in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to spend a few days with the Lauers who moved there three years ago. The Cobbs, who moved to Alabama this past spring, were able to join us on Thanksgiving Day.

Josh and Deb went "all out" for our thanksgiving meal. And Deb even made it special for the kids by making them their own personalized placemats!

Deb also made place cards for everyone at the table. "Turkey cookies", we called them. Made of oreo cookies, candy corn, and malt balls. Elise thought hers was almost too cute to eat.

Table was set beautifully, the food was delicious, and the company was great. A Thanksgiving we will always remember.

We were all in a small group together before any of us had kids (along with other couples). Alisha & Deb - I miss you girls!

We tried (w/o success) to get a good picture of all of the kids. It looks like Eli is trying to tell A.J. to stop goofing off.

We played a little Punch-out so A.J. could practice his boxing w/o using his sister as a target.

And some Mario kart with Daddy.

We went to a park one morning. Here's a future football player if I ever saw one...

Eli loved the slide. I should crop his face so you can see it better. It was so cute!

Bath time for the boys.

Josh gave us a tour of some of Alabama's athletic facilities. Here are the Snyder boys posing with the Heisman trophy.

Thanks again, Lauers, for such a fun time!
